When you create a RadioFlag account, you provide personally identifiable information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. This includes not only the content you include in a Flag and the metadata provided with Flags (e.g. when you Flagged), but also such information as your interests, the radio stations you tune into, and the other users you have designated as Listeners.

RadioFlag‚s servers automatically record information created by your use of the Site and Services, including without limitation, your device ID and device type, IP address, browser type, the referring domain, and Flag‚s posted. You may choose to note your location in your Flags and in your RadioFlag profile. If you turn on Flagging with your location, we may also save exact coordinates to help improve our service. You can control your location information settings in your account settings.

RadioFlag may also collect data regarding how you interact with other users and what links to third parties (such as advertisers) you click on.

If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request.
